Hello! I’m Sabrina Wallrich — a dedicated personal trainer, health coach, and nutrition educator with over a decade of experience in the wellness and fitness industries. My background spans community training and programs, healthcare systems, and collegiate settings, giving me a well-rounded perspective on how to support individuals from all walks of life.
My passion for helping others live healthier, more fulfilling lives is deeply personal. Throughout my own journey, I’ve faced several health challenges and injuries that tested not only my body but also my mindset. These experiences have shaped the way I work with others — with empathy, understanding, and a deep respect for each person’s unique path. They’ve also fueled my drive to continually learn, blending both science-based strategies and a compassionate, mental-wellness-centered approach to health and fitness.
